Work Method
ID4 make no charge for initial client discussions. All work is undertaken on the basis of a written proposal which details the stages of work and the associated fee.
Work proceeds only upon the satisfactory completion of each stage. Travel expenses are charged to the client at cost.
As with any project, if it is to succeed, effective communication is essential between the client and the designer. We encourage frank and honest discussion at all times to ensure that the best possible product solution is reached.
